Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or purchase

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

  • Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or are missing original packaging

  • Hygiene-related items (if applicable)

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable

Exchanges
